- RESUELVE
- ORDENAR al Juzgado 46 Penal del Circuito de Bogota D.C., que de forma inmediata, asuma el conocimiento de la accion de tutela de la referencia y profiera la decision de instancia que corresponda conforme a las previsiones del articulo 86 de la Constitucion Politica y del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
